The MultiMode 62.5/125μm duplex fiber usually refers to a multimode fiber with a larger core diameter, typically 62.5 microns, suitable for short distance high-speed data transmission. This optical patch cable is terminated with MTRJ/PC connectors on both ends(MTRJ/PC-MTRJ/PC). MTRJ connectors, known as Mechanical Transfer Registered Jack Connectors, is a small fiber optic interface type that uses an RJ-45 interface and its size is smaller than the SC connectors, which is suitable for use in high-density environments. This type of fiber optic is commonly used for transmitting low-speed data, such as Gigabit Ethernet.
